The Face Shop: CC Cooling Cushion in V207 Tan Beige.

Annyeong haseyo! Today's review is something that I've been using almost everyday. It's now a staple in my kit. I even bring this with me whenever I'm travelling abroad. It's so travel-friendly, convenient and everything you'll need for your skin to look so picture perfect is in this cushion. May I also say that nourishment is packed in this compact, so grab it and you go girl!

CC Cooling Cushion infuses dry skin with moisture, reduces wrinkles, brightens and protects against UV rays.

Refreshing cushion makeup with the texture of moisturizing cream and hydrating ingredients. Formulated with hydrating ingredients to relieve dry skin, it feels refreshing and moisturizing on skin and helps make skin look well-rested.

That was the key phrase I was looking for,"Well-rested" omo maybe that's why my friends say I look so fresh even though we'd be stuck in the airport for hours. Not to brag but this is the secret to that look.

I never went back to any foundation/ cc/ bb cream that is not in a cushion format ever since I experienced the convenience of cushions! And I'm grateful that these types are refillable! Better for the wallet and for mother earth. You can replace the cushion with a refill once the formula is used up. You'll just have to push the bottom of the compact with your thumbs to separate the cushion and then place the refill in the compact. Align it and when you hear a snap sound it means it's capped on securely.

Their packaging is so LIT. I heard so many compliments about it whenever I take this out. Isn't it so glam? Make sure to close the inner lid tightly to keep the formula fresh after each use. I love that it has a second lid to house the puff applicator and the size of the mirror is also just perf! I have no trouble using it to apply makeup for the whole face.

Contains Birch Sap and Flower Water for a refreshing sensation.

This cushion contains Birch Sap to soothe flushed skin and Flower Water, a blend of Damask Rose, Lotus Flower, Chamomile and Cornflower, to balance the skin's oil and water content and make it look vibrant. Snow Oil melts on skin and creates a cooling sensation. Like ice, snow oil melts on skin to create a cooling sensation and moisturizes dry skin.

To use, just simply press puff applicator onto the cushion and then lightly pat onto face. LOVE the before and after effects of this! The shade V027 is just so perfect for morena and anyone who loves a good tan. I'm so happy that they made a shade for darker skin tones like mine cause it just makes a whole difference when your cc perfectly mimics the color of your skin.

Coverage wise it's medium! Covers up acne marks and blemish nicely and naturally! Like a second skin. You can re-apply and pat more onto areas of concern for better coverage.

As for the lasting abilities this one lasts me the whole day, I just have to use an oil-controlling powder when I reach noon time to keep oiliness at bay. But when the day is cooler it really stays, I don't feel like I need to blot or anything. Also I wore this in Taiwan and it never failed me rain or shine! Kept my face hydrated during airplane rides, train commutes and walking all over the city of Taipei.

Overall, I thought that my cc cushion type from The Face Shop was the Long-lasting variant but after trying this one out I think this one suits my skin better. It's moisturizing without feeling heavy, the texture is better and I get less facial lines on while this is on. Meaning it doesn't settle on my smile lines, it just blends into them. Plus I do notice my face brightening up and glowing! Subtly glowing <3 So move over long-lasting variant cause this cooling one is here to stay <3
